Fire see six-match win streak end at Spring Showcase
U-18s collect five goals in second match on Florida trip

The U-18 Fire Academy team settled for a split on its final two days of the Spring Showcase.
After winning their first two matches in Sarasota, Florida decisively, the Fire lost Tuesday's finale.
Chicago fell behind 2-0 and only got one goal back as it dropped a 2-1 decision to BW Gottschee NYC.
Harry Shipp scored a goal in the 70th minute to account for the Fire's lone score during the match.
The Fire (14-5-4) had won six straight matches and gone 7-0-1 in their last eight outings prior to that defeat.
Tyler Engel, Manny Guzman, Connor Holloway, Scott Lakin, Brian Lunar and Oliver Mayer were some of Chicago's starters.
Also in the first 11 on Tuesday were Billy McGuinness, Jesse Ortiz, Tom Serratore, Trevor Wheeler and Wojciech Wojcik.
Chris Prince entered the match during the 46th minute while Patrick Doody and Shipp were subbed in later in the match.
In Monday's match, the Fire scored three times within 10 minutes to claim a 5-1 win over the San Diego Surf.
McGuinness got the first goal in the 55th minute, Doody scored in the 57th minute and Wheeler connected in the 65th minute.
Guzman added a score in the 79th minute and Shipp rounded out the scoring with a goal in the 86th minute.
Earning starts for the Fire were keeper Serratore, Wojcik, Wheeler, Shipp, McGuinness and Lunar.
Lakin, Holloway, Engel, Doody and Kyler Albert also started for Chicago in the San Diego match.
Guzman entered in the 46th minute while Ortiz, Mayer and Mike Enghofer were later substitutions.
The Fire teams close out regular season play this weekend with key matches at the Toyota Park practice field.
Chicago takes on Sockers FC on Saturday morning and then meet up with FC Milwaukee on Sunday.
